9. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION
Motion to meet in Executive Session, pursuant to Massachusetts General laws chapter 30A section 21(a) for the following purpose: Purpose 3, to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Brookline Educators Union (BEU), Unit A, Unit B, and Paraprofessionals, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares.
