6:30 PM          Approval of Minutes

6:40 PM          Public Comment (for items not on the agenda)

PUBLIC HEARINGS – LOCAL HISTORIC DISTRICTS

6:45 PM          17 Hawthorn Road (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a 3’ wood post within the planting bed in front of the front entrance which will hold a Tesla charger facing the house (Branch Moody, applicant).

7:00 PM          40 Dunster Road (Chestnut Hill North LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install exterior outdoor lighting in the rear, side, and front yards (Michael and Casey Buckley, applicants).

7:20 PM          103 Walnut Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install solar panels on the roof which would be visible from Walnut Street (Douglas Plante, applicant).

7:35 PM          272 Walnut Street (Pill Hill LHD) – Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install solar panels on the roof which would be visible from Walnut Street (Deane Coady, applicant).

PUBLIC HEARINGS – DEMOLITION

7:50 PM          46 Station Street – Application for partial demolition of the building (Mordejai Burnstein, applicant)
