To discuss strategy with respect the following litigation: Taxpayers Concerned for Baldwin v. Town of Brookline, et al., Superior Court Case No. 1882-CV-01517 and Neighbors of Baldwin v. Town of Brookline and the Transportation Board of Brookline, Superior Court Case No. 1982-CV-00252, if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares”
3. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COMPLAINTS OR CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST A PUBLIC OFFICER (G.L. c. 30A, S. 21(a)(1)
Proposed executive Session the purpose of reviewing and discussing possible remedial action regarding an Open Meeting Law Complaint received on or about October 2, 2019.

Public Comment period for citizens who requested to speak to the Board regarding Town issues not on the Calendar.

Approval of miscellaneous items, licenses, vouchers, and contracts.
6.A. Question of approving and executing contract PW/20-11 “Russett Road Improvements” in the amount of $148,799.70 with Lorusso Corporation, Plainville, MA.
6.B. Question of awarding and executing contract PW/20-12 “Complete Streets Improvements” on Harvard Street, Washington Street, & Summit Avenue in the amount of $499,214.00 with Mario Susi and Son, Dorchester, MA.

20. SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT ARTICLE
Question of calling a Special Town Meeting within the November 19, 2019 Special Town meeting for the purpose of considering Articles relating to Marijuana establishments.
a. Question of waiving the notification requirements of Sections 2.1.2 through 2.1.4 of the town by-laws and execute the Warrant in connection with the Special Town Meeting to be held within the November 19, 2019 Special Town Meeting.
