Capital and Schools Subcommittees of the Advisory Committee Joint Meeting Notice

AGENDA
1. General discussion on analyzing the financial impacts of the School Department’s operating budget and capital projects, including, but not limited to, policy and procedures documentation; standards for capital projects (both new construction and major renovations); oversight of projects; analytical approaches for evaluation of decisions/options; and impact on Town finances.
2. Other business – Announcements
The public is invited to attend, however, this meeting is not a public hearing so public comments will not be taken at the meeting. The Joint SubCommittee welcomes written comments, which will be circulated to members of the Committee if they are sent to the chairs and/or to lportscher@brooklinema.gov no later than 12:00 noon on the day prior to meeting.
