Please see attached for an update on the construction process at Brookline High School. In particular, we want want to highlight demolition of the Roberts Wing (the building by the corner of Greenough Street and Tappan) is slated to begin early next week. Please be aware that construction will also happen on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13 in early morning and late evening hours. The attached flyer provides a brief overview of what will happen to each building site over the next few week, including some photos of the work that was recently completed at all three sites.
Earlier this week, the Brookline High School Building Committee also held a meeting to discuss MBTA Easement & Construction Licenses, as well as provide design updates on the MBTA /Cypress Building Plaza, around Brington Path, as well as budget and scheduling. They also presented at the Transportation Board regarding updates on the Brookline Hills MBTA Station.
