Question of executing and approving authorization for a lease purchase of a total of $523,287.00 of equipment for the Department of Public Works, with TD Bank with an annual cost of $177,601.58 for 3 years, with an interest rate of 1.83%.  All are 2020 model year: EC60E compact rubber tired excavator $88,980.00, Elgin Pelican NP dual street sweeper $206,835.00, Stetco 950T/13 catch basin cleaner $227,472.00.

Question of approving the application of an All Kinds Common Victualler for PCTERRACE, LLC d/b/a Noah’s Kitchen at 18 Harvard Street.  Proposed manager of record Bin Chen.  Hours of operation will be Monday to Sunday 11:00AM – 10:00PM.  Hour for alcohol service will be Monday to Saturday 11:00AM – 10:00PM and Sunday 12:00PM – 10:00PM.  Seating for 20 seats.
