6:30 pm       Public Meeting on Modification Request re Comprehensive Permit for “Residences of South Brookline” (ROSB) at Hancock Village, Independence Drive

Administrative Decision to determine if the requested changes are insubstantial or substantial, pursuant to 760 CMR 56.05(11)

Request to amend Comprehensive Permit issued on February 12, 2015 and modified on April 18, 2019. Proposed modifications include, but are not limited to setbacks, exchange of bedroom among units, parking and enclosure of roof deck on Asheville building. (Precinct 16)
