Public Hearing on the BHS Expansion and Joint Board Meeting to Hear Public Input on the Design and Preliminary Cost Estimates
Have you seen the preliminary designs for Brookline High expansion? How about the amazing model of the entire BHS campus that includes the proposed new buildings?
The Brookline High School Building Committee will hold a Public Hearing on the current design and preliminary costs of the BHS Expansion and Renovation Project on Monday, February 26 at 7:00 p.m. in the Select Board Hearing Room on the 6th floor of Town Hall. After an update on the design and preliminary cost estimates, community members are invited to provide input on the project.
Tuesday, February 27 – Joint Meeting of the School Committee, Select Board, and Building Commission
On February 27, there will also be a joint meeting of the Select Board, School Committee and Building Commission on the BHS Expansion Project.
The three Boards will convene for a joint meeting at 6:00 p.m. in the Select Board Hearing Room, 6th Floor, Town Hall. The agenda will include the following: 1) William Rawn Associates Architects Overview of the BHS Project; 2) Summary of Input from the February 26 Public Hearing; 3) Discussion and Possible Vote to Approve the Overall Scope of the BHS Project, including Budget (each Board will take a separate vote).
